Important Instructions Before Ordering

Get Your Warehouse Address

Find your unique Kibiwa warehouse address in the “WAREHOUSE ADDRESS” section of your account dashboard. Login/Register

Use Your Address While Shopping

When checking out on the store’s website (Alibaba, AliExpress, etc.), make sure to enter your Kibiwa warehouse address as the shipping destination. Follow any specific instructions provided in your WAREHOUSE ADDRESS section.

Create a "Add Buy & Ship" Order

After you’ve purchased items, return to your Kibiwa dashboard. Click on “ADD BUY & SHIP” and fill in the following information:

  • Product Link: The exact webpage of the product you purchased.
  • Description: A short description of the product.
  • Quantity: How many items you bought.
  • Price: The price you paid for the items.

We Calculate Shipping

Once you’ve submitted your “Buy & Ship” order, our team will calculate the total shipping cost to your African destination based on the item’s size, weight, and other factors.

Notification

You’ll be notified by email when your shipping cost is ready, and you’ll see it updated on your dashboard.

Log into your Kibiwa client account and access your dashboard.

Add Buy & Ship

Locate the “ADD BUY & SHIP” button or option and fill in the relevant information.

Product Information

Provide the following:

  • Product Link: The exact link to the product on the website where you want to purchase it (JD.com, Pinduoduo, etc.)
  • Detailed Information: If a product link isn’t available, give us a detailed description of the item, including its size, color, any important specifications, etc.

Shipping Calculation

Our team will calculate the total shipping cost to your Ugandan destination.

Notification

You’ll receive an email and an update on your dashboard when the shipping cost is ready.
